This Position: 

The Project Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for face-to-face communication between the Government and Corporate regarding performance and operational concerns and the resolution of issues that may arise.  The Project Lead will also work directly on task assignments and quality control activities.

  • Demonstrates outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, and business etiquette, in-person, by telephone, skype/VTEL or by email correspondence;
  • Strong communication skills; oral and written, clear, concise, and effective;
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and appropriately use agency’s correspondence guidelines as outlined in written protocols;
  • Ability to use Video Teleconferencing equipment and web conferencing programs and/or software.
  • Master’s Degree, or 12 years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree plus eight years of relevant work experience in Human Resources or equivalent field;
  • Extensive knowledge of various Federal Human Resource programs (i.e. Human Capital Policy, Strategic Planning, Workforce Management, Staffing and Recruiting, Classification and Position Management, ER/LR, Executive Resource Functions, etc.)
  • English language fluency;
  • Proficiency at the intermediate level with Microsoft: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.  (Visio and basic experience utilizing Access, a plus).
