FYI will work directly with OCCHO leadership to assess the current organizational design and structure of each Directorate/Program Office within FEMA and deliver an agency rightsizing plan. FEMA has a unique organization that requires aligning offices and components with their rapidly changing and multifaceted environments based on sound concepts and planning assumptions. FYI has assigned a team of top Human Capital Strategists with backgrounds in workforce planning, organizational design, organizational development, and position management and classification to develop and implement a workforce structure that is a flexible and scalable to advance FEMA’s day-to-day operational and disaster response capabilities.
