GSA and OPM Name FYI Among Preferred Vendors for HCaTS Contract

Beltsville, MD – FYI-For Your Information, Inc. was among the vendors awarded the new Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) contract by the General Services Administration (GSA), in partnership with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

The HCaTS Program Contracts provide human capital and training solutions through executive, administrative, and professional employees. The contracts span three service areas including customized training and development, customized human capital strategy and customized organizational performance improvement.

FYI, one of the few vetted professional organizations, will be tasked with customer deliverables while GSA will oversee contract administration and OPM will be responsible for policy oversight and program management.

FYI’s contract, an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contract vehicle has a shared $11.5 billion ceiling. FYI was awarded one of the 37 contracts set aside specifically for small businesses under HCaTS SB.

The flexible HCaTS Program enables agencies to conduct longer-term planning for complex program requirements made possible by the 16-year task order period of performance and program ceiling of $11.5 billion.
